Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture or equivalent
• 2–5 years of construction/design-related experience
• Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) – preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client relationships and communication abilities to manage expectations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs
• Proficient in MS Office, including Teams
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and develop detailed reports
• Mastery of English, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regionally

Responsibilities

• Review pre-construction due diligence documentation and prepare comprehensive risk reports
• Evaluate contracts, plans, specs, budgets, and schedules
• Conduct periodic site visits and prepare progress reports on construction risks
• Perform walkthrough surveys to assess building systems and estimate repair costs
• Complete special projects as directed by management
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver professional service
• Promote a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
• Support business growth by engaging with clients and partners
