Responsibilities

• Complete detailed reviews of pre-construction due diligence documentation and prepare reports identifying construction-related risks.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, and budgets for projects.
• Conduct site visits and prepare reports with updates and risk assessments.
• Perform walkthrough surveys of existing buildings to evaluate major systems and estimate repair costs.
• Build relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry partners.
• Maintain excellent client communication and professional service.
