Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Project Manager I in San Diego, California. The role leads planning, development and implementation of projects, coordinating with departments, stakeholders, and vendors to define requirements and deliver solutions.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in a relevant field and 3–5 years of construction PM experience. Hybrid work is expected in this role, with a salary range of $110,000–$120,000, based on qualifications and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of direct PM experience on construction projects.
• PMP preferred; Agile or Program Management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, development, and implementation of small scale, low-complexity projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to define requirements and present solutions.
• Responsible for budget and resource planning.
• Single point of contact for economic and regulatory issues for the assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project parameters for project requirements.
• Manage scoping, timelines, costs, and design for large-scale projects.
• Build business cases and project justifications.
