• 2–5 years of construction/design experience.
• RA or PE preferred.

• Strong client relationship and communication skills; ability to manage expectations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
