Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 6-9 years of Accounting/Finance experience.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Excel Certified preferred).
• Sage Intacct and Procore a +.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting lifecycle for highly complex projects with accuracy and understanding of construction accounting.
• Create complex reports with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor multi-project accounting reporting and owner/agency reporting requirements.
• Process project and subcontractor closeouts timely and accurately.
• Analyze variances and provide actionable feedback to improve reporting accuracy.
• Lead and train junior team members and support staff.
