Job summary

Actalent in Georgetown, TX seeks a Sr Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑million-dollar construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will own schedules, budgets, profitability, and cash flow while coordinating with field PMs, GCs, owners, engineers, architects, and vendors.

You will mentor PEs and APMs, participate in design coordination, and drive constructability reviews to optimize outcomes. A strong safety culture and timely reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience leading large, multi‑million-dollar construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or similar discipline is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project schedule, budget, profitability, cash flow and overall performance.
• Manage budgets, cost control, profitability analysis, cash flow, and monthly cost reporting with accurate projections.
• Review and approve labor, material, and subcontractor budgets to allocate manpower and materials effectively.
• Identify and manage change orders with proper documentation, pricing, negotiation, and timely execution.
• Lead planning for submittals, RFIs, and change orders to maintain momentum and mitigate risk.
• Negotiate, draft, and execute subcontractor agreements; manage subcontractors to meet schedules and quality goals.
