Actalent is seeking a Project Manager Construction in Phoenix, AZ to lead a portfolio of customer-specific and internal projects from initiation through completion. You will drive milestones, manage budgets, optimize resources, and partner with Finance and Operations to deliver actionable leadership insights.

The role requires strong PM experience in construction, knowledge of NESC standards, and a proven ability to coordinate with subcontractors and self-performing crews.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of project management experience in construction.
• Six years of construction industry experience.
• Knowledge of PM fundamentals: scope, time, cost, lifecycle.
• Experience with self-performing contractors and general contractors in commercial/utility construction.
• Strong finance/accounting knowledge to analyze results and support decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client and team interaction.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise construction projects from planning through completion, meeting milestones and schedules.
• Direct project workflow and maintain quality control across all phases.
• Communicate project status to leadership and client stakeholders, including schedule, budget, risks, and issues.
• Develop detailed project specifications and implement objectives to satisfy management and client.
• Collaborate with Operations on monthly reporting of operational and financial metrics.
• Manage reporting of KPIs and information flow into monthly performance reports.
• Analyze project and business information with Finance and Operations for leadership reports.
• Support Finance and Operations in tracking revenue, earned value, and other metrics.
• Coordinate with construction supervisors to obtain inputs for accurate reporting.
• Assist Estimating in developing new estimates from historical performance data.
• Maintain knowledge of utility company policies and safety standards.
