Job summary

Sunny Unite is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and retail projects across the United States. This hybrid role offers flexibility between remote collaboration and on-site management, reporting to the CEO.

Bachelor's degree or four years of PM experience in commercial/retail construction.
5–10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial/retail projects.
Proven Lead Project Manager on full-cycle construction projects.
Ground-Up construction experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception through completion.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely progress.
Coordinate communications among subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship quality.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and maintain client relationships.
