Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as an Assistant PM / Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Experience with Tilt-Wall, Structural Steel, and Concrete Construction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial projects ($1M-$30M) from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks and costs.
