Job summary

WTW in Dallas, TX seeks a Client Advocate to support Construction Commercial Property and Casualty client relationships, lead placement and broking, and coordinate service activities at the program level.

You will guide strategy meetings, oversee quotations, endorsements, and renewals, mentor junior brokers, and drive client reporting while collaborating with producers, underwriters, and servicing teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of client-facing experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Strong knowledge of coverage forms and program design.
• Ability to interpret and present insurance models clearly.
• End-to-end renewal and endorsement process expertise.
• Proven negotiation and leadership in servicing functions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead internal strategy meetings with program oversight.
• Collaborate on external strategy meetings and document outcomes.
• Manage exposures, coverage info, and client service plans.
• Submit proposals to carriers and negotiate quotes.
• Oversee draft proposals, terms, and binders for contract certainty.
• Coordinate endorsements and mid-term policy changes.
• Lead client open items meetings and reporting.
• Provide coaching to junior brokers and servicing staff.
