Ideal candidates have 1+ year in construction/real estate focusing on operations or performance improvement and are fluent with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and analytics platforms. Strong cross‑functional collaboration and change‑management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in real estate, construction, or related industry focusing on operations or performance improvement.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and change management.
• Fluency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and analytics platforms.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in matrixed or integrated teams.
• Experience with project delivery, scheduling, or cost control tools (Procore, Smartsheet, Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis to identify performance gaps, risk exposure, or delays.
• Design and implement process improvements across tools, systems, or org structures.
• Lead pilots and scale rollout of new tools and reporting standards.
• Monitor adoption and adjust strategy based on impact.
• Create SOPs and training materials for standardization and scalability.
• Collaborate with trade partners and manufacturers on optimization opportunities.
• Bridge data analytics, technology teams, and operations leadership to ensure integrated design.
• Support planning cycles with data-backed recommendations.
