Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Mission Critical sector. This in-office role requires 4 days in the office with 1 day work-from-home, at either the Minneapolis or Des Moines offices.

1+ years in construction/real estate with a focus on operations or performance improvement is preferred. You will analyze operational data, develop dashboards, and lead pilots of new tools and processes to close performance gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in real estate, construction, or related industry with focus on operations or performance improvement.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and change management.
• Fluency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and analytics platforms.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in highly matrixed or integrated teams.
• Experience with project delivery, scheduling, or cost control tools (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams to conduct root cause analysis to uncover performance gaps or delays.
• Design and implement solutions including changes to processes, tools, or systems.
• Develop processes for evaluating, piloting, and developing new program capabilities.
• Lead pilots and rollouts of new tools, workflows, or reporting standards.
• Monitor adoption and performance of changes and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for standardization and scalability.
• Collaborate with trade partners and manufacturers to identify innovation opportunities.
• Integrate improvements into value adds for new business pursuits.
• Identify data center industry challenges and deploy initiatives to address them.
• Translate findings into dashboards, visuals, and executive-ready narratives.
• Assist in development and validation of predictive models for safety scheduling and risk analysis.
• Bridge between data analytics, technology teams, and operations leadership.
