Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Mission Critical sector. This in-office role requires 4 days in the office and 1 day home-based, with offices in Minneapolis or Des Moines.

Preference for 1+ years in construction or related industry and focus on operations or performance improvement. The role combines process improvement, data analytics, and reporting to deliver measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in real estate, construction, or related industry focused on operations or performance improvement.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and change management.
• Fluency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and analytics platforms.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in highly matrixed or integrated teams.
• Change management certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience with project delivery, scheduling, or cost control tools (Procore, Smartsheet, Primavera) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams to perform root cause analysis to uncover performance gaps and risks.
• Design and implement process improvements involving changes to processes, tools, systems, or organizational structures.
• Lead pilots and rollouts of new tools, workflows, or reporting standards to address gaps and ensure adoption.
• Monitor adoption and performance, adjusting strategy based on measurable impact.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for standardization and scalability.
• Collaborate with trade partners and manufacturers to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights through dashboards and executive-ready narratives.
