Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Mission Critical sector.

This in-office role requires 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, with experience in construction or real estate and a focus on operations or performance improvement. You will translate data into insights through dashboards, predictive models, and KPI reporting, collaborating with project teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / master's degree in business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in real estate, construction, or related industry with a focus on operations or performance improvement.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and change management.
• Fluency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and analytics platforms.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in highly matrixed or integrated teams.
• Change management certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience with project delivery, scheduling, or cost control tools (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, Primavera) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams to conduct root cause analysis to uncover performance gaps and risks.
• Design and implement process improvements including tools, systems, or organizational changes.
• Lead pilots and rollouts of new tools and reporting standards to address gaps.
• Monitor adoption and impact, adjusting strategy as needed.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for standardization and scalability.
• Collaborate with trade partners and manufacturers to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Bridge data analytics, technology, and operations leadership for integrated solutions.
• Support planning cycles with data-driven recommendations for resource allocation and innovation.
