This in-office role requires 4 days onsite and 1 day telework from either Minneapolis or Des Moines. Candidates should have 1+ years in construction/real estate with a focus on operations and performance improvement.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and value across projects and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
• 5–10 years in real estate, construction, or related industry with operations/performance improvement.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and change management.
• Fluency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and analytics platforms.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in highly matrixed or integrated teams; change management certification a plus.
• Experience with project delivery, scheduling, or cost control tools (Procore, Smartsheet, Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams to identify performance gaps and root causes.
• Design and implement process improvements and new project capabilities.
• Lead pilots and rollouts of new tools, workflows, or reporting standards.
• Monitor adoption and measure impact; adjust strategy accordingly.
• Create SOPs and training materials to support standardization.
• Collaborate with trade partners to identify innovation opportunities.
• Bridge between data analytics, technology, and operations leadership.
• Support planning cycles with data-backed recommendations.
