Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Mission Critical sector in a hybrid in-office role (four days in the office, one day work-from-home) at our Minneapolis or Des Moines offices.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in construction or real estate with a focus on operations or performance improvement, and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data storytelling. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / master's degree in business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in real estate, construction, or related industry with a focus on operations or performance improvement.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and change management.
• Fluency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and analytics platforms.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in highly matrixed or integrated teams.
• Change management certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience with project delivery, scheduling, or cost control tools (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, Primavera) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams to conduct root cause analysis to uncover drivers of performance gaps, risk, or delays.
• Design and implement processes and tools to improve operations and reporting.
• Lead pilots and rollouts of new tools and reporting standards to ensure adoption.
• Monitor adoption and adjust strategy based on measurable impact.
• Create SOPs and training materials for process standardization and scalability.
• Collaborate with trade partners to identify innovation and efficiency opportunities.
• Integrate process improvements into value adds for new business pursuits.
• Support data-driven decision making for resource allocation and project risk.
