Qualifications

• 2 years’ direct experience in conflicts or new business intake within a law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a business environment.
• Ability to draft waivers and coordinate with professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and summarize conflict report results.
• Analyze and resolve potential legal and business conflicts.
• Implement information barriers and ensure proper notification to affected personnel.
• Draft formal email waivers and conflict waiver letters.
• Maintain conflict information in the firm’s financial database.
• Perform corporate research on all parties involved in new business requests.
