Qualifications

Responsibilities

Reviews, interprets, and summarizes conflict report results.
Analyzes and resolves potential legal and business conflicts.
Implements information barriers and ensures proper notification to affected personnel.
Drafts formal email waivers and conflict waiver letters for new business.
Maintains conflict information in the financial database and related party information.
Reviews new business intake forms and identifies conflicts to ensure accuracy.
Maintains internal conflicts database and ensures documentation of conflicts.
Performs corporate research on all parties involved in new business requests.
