Job summary

Euclid Chemical in Cleveland seeks a Concrete and Construction Technical Support Specialist to provide front-line technical support for construction products to distributors, contractors, and residents, plus internal sales and marketing staff. You will coordinate testing, develop training tools, and travel to job sites as needed.

A associate degree or equivalent industry experience and call-center experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
• Team-oriented and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line phone and electronic support for Euclid Chemical products.
• Coordinate coverage with other Technical Support Specialists and staff.
• Develop technical support tools (guides, brochures, sell sheets, letters).
• Coordinate testing and analysis with sales, R&D, and operations for troubleshooting.
• Interact with internal teams and maintain electronic product files.
• Deliver product training and demonstrations to customers.
• Travel occasionally to job sites for product support.
