Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Compliance Program Coordinator to support Endowment Services and Gift Compliance (ESGC). You will assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure donor‑mandated compliance across colleges, schools, and units.

Responsibilities include annual reviews, data tracking, and training campus staff on policy requirements. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience are required, with strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret donor intent through documents.
• Ability to review data and numbers in accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing annual reviews of endowments to ensure compliance.
• Design, enter, and maintain tracking documents and databases for monitoring.
• Review and track endowment operating accounts and related transfers.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports on compliance activities.
• Maintain and update compliance-related databases and files.
• Collaborate with IT and RAD on monitoring and reporting needs.
