To assist in the daily operations of Endowment Services and Gift Compliance (ESGC), assist in strategic planning, and serve as liaison to colleges, schools and units on projects and functions necessary for endowment compliance mandated activities and other related projects, including non-endowed gift compliance. Assist in endowment and non-endowed gift compliance activities, monitoring, reporting, and tracking, and train University Development Office and campus colleagues on endowment and non-endowed gift compliance; assist with the UTIMCO Financial Reports project and other specialized reports as needed.

This position is based in Austin, Texas. Must be eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. The University Development Office does not sponsor work visas for this position. Works in standard office conditions, in a shared office environment, with repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation. Position allows a hybrid work schedule (in office and remote), with some requirement to be in office. Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm is the standard expectation for this position, with some schedule flexibility during regular working hours. May require additional hours during peak periods and special events. Regular and consistent attendance is required in this job.
