Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Compliance Program Coordinator to support Endowment Services and Gift Compliance. You will liaise with colleges and units on compliance projects, monitor endowment and non-endowed gifts, and assist with specialized reporting for UTIMCO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to interpret donor intent through agreements and memos.
• Experience with data review in accounting or reporting systems.
• Strong detail orientation and prioritization across projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement annual reviews of endowments for compliance.
• Design and maintain tracking documents and databases.
• Review and track co-sponsorships, transfers and sub-accounts.
• Prepare quarterly and annual compliance reports.
• Assist with UTIMCO Financial Reports and related projects.
• Maintain VIP and FileMaker Pro data integrity.
