Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees such as JD, MBA, MPH, MHA, or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
• 7+ years of healthcare compliance, regulatory, or risk management experience in medical devices or highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of US Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FCPA, FDA promotional and quality considerations, Sunshine/Open Payments, and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance partner and advisor for MicroAire, providing practical, risk‑based guidance to leadership and business functions.
• Lead implementation of Marmon Medical Group policies and procedures at MicroAire and develop MicroAire-specific procedures.
• Perform risk assessments and design monitoring activities to track program effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver targeted compliance training for MicroAire personnel and third parties.
