Job summary

MicroAire Surgical Instruments LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Compliance Business Partner to lead day-to-day compliance for MicroAire. You will embed the program, advise on HCP engagements, grants, and promotional activities, and align risk management with business goals.

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, Marmon Medical Group, you’ll partner with legal, finance, HR, and operations to build practical processes and maintain a culture of integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 7+ years in healthcare compliance or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of US Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act, FDA rules.
• Experience advising multiple business functions on compliance.
• Ability to translate complex rules into workable processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance partner and advisor for MicroAire; provide risk-based guidance to leadership.
• Implement Marmon Medical Group policies at MicroAire and develop MicroAire-specific procedures.
• Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and develop an annual work plan.
• Develop and deliver targeted compliance training for MicroAire personnel and partners.
• Support investigations and coordinate with stakeholders to address issues and implement corrective actions.
