Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or a related discipline.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compliance cadence reporting and prioritize tasks.
• Support monitoring of laws and regulations and communicate updates.
• Create standardized processes for Compliance to promote consistency.
• Assist stakeholders with compliance updates and process changes.
• Support Code of Ethics and conflict-of-interest program.
• Oversee case intake, assignment, and reporting for the Speak Up Program.
• Collaborate with Legal Team on regulatory correspondence.
• Identify operational simplifications and mitigate risks.
• Enhance compliance training capabilities.
