The successful candidate will bring a PharmD or PharmD-equivalent and 5–7 years of retail pharmacy compliance/operations experience, with strong cross-functional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• 5–7 years retail pharmacy practice or operations management experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities that ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Monitor regulatory activity and communicate impact to the organization.
• Collaborate with PSO on patient safety data analysis.
• Review escalated patient safety trends for mitigation.
• Provide guidance on HIPAA compliance.
• Assist legal and risk teams with investigations or inspections.
• Develop and communicate best practices for pharmacy compliance.
• Develop mandated compliance training curricula.
• Research pharmacy laws to solve practice questions in real time.
