Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA seeks a Pharmacy Compliance Manager to oversee state and federal regulatory practices across the organization. The role focuses on policy development, auditing, patient safety, and incident reporting with collaboration across Legal, Risk Management, and Pharmacy Operations to uphold high standards of compliance.

The hybrid schedule requires 3 in-person days at core locations (Quincy, MA) and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• 5-7 years retail pharmacy practice or operations management experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory activity and communicate impact to pharmacy teams.
• Collaborate with PSO to analyze patient safety data and oversee reporting.
• Provide HIPAA guidance and liaise with the HIPAA Privacy Officer.
• Develop and deliver mandated compliance training curriculums (e.g., Combat Methamphetamine, Fraud, Waste and Abuse, and HIPAA).
• Support vendor relationships and assist with regulatory inspections as needed.
