Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance cadence reporting to monitor progress and identify risks.
• Monitor federal, state, and local laws and evaluate impacts.
• Develop standardized processes to promote consistency in compliance.
• Communicate compliance activities updates to stakeholders.
• Support the Code of Ethics learning course and conflict-of-interest program.
• Oversee the Speak Up Program for compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal Team on compliance-related matters.
• Assist in compliance training enhancements.
