Cambia Health seeks a Compliance Analyst I, II, or III for a hybrid role (3 days in office) across several locations including Renton. You will help build and maintain a robust compliance program, conduct risk assessments, training, monitoring, audits, and investigations to prevent violations.

Ideal candidates have Bachelor's or equivalent, 3–8 years of compliance in healthcare, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. Travel is rarely required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in compliance activities.
• Experience in health care or Medicare-regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to design, implement, monitor and report compliance controls.

Responsabilidades

• Support the compliance program with risk assessments, training, monitoring and auditing.
• Coordinate investigations, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Prepare policies, desk manuals and supporting materials.
• Participate in regular meetings and cross-divisional committees.
