You will help build, implement, and refine a robust compliance program that protects patients, supports regulatory requirements, and promotes ethical practices.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective Core Compliance activities including monitoring, auditing and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support activities to prevent, detect and remediate compliance issues.
• Prepare, plan, coordinate, and monitor Cambia's compliance program.
• Produce and maintain policies and desk manuals for the position.
• Work with team members in supporting or leading roles on compliance initiatives.
