Job summary

Cambia Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst I, II or III for a hybrid role with three days in the office across Portland, Medford, Fargo, Burlington, Vancouver, Renton, Boise, Lewiston or Salt Lake City. You will help design, implement and monitor a robust compliance program to prevent, detect and remediate violations of laws and regulations.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3–8 years of compliance experience in healthcare or Medicare-regulated environments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in compliance activities.
• Experience in a health care or Medicare-regulated environment preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and auditing Cambia's compliance program.
• Prepare materials, manage monitoring and reporting tasks.
• Develop and maintain policies and desk manuals, with cross-team collaboration.
• Support risk assessment, training, and corrective actions as needed.
