Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Compliance Analyst I, II or III for a hybrid role with three days in the office across our Boise, Lewiston and other regional offices. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of one of our locations.

You will design, implement, measure and refine compliance activities, support risk assessments, training, monitoring and audits, coordinate investigations and corrective actions, and help ensure a person-focused, compliant health care experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years in compliance-related activities and controls.
• Experience in a health care or Medicare-regulated environment preferred.
• Compliance Specialist II requires 5 years of compliance experience; III requires 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage compliance program activities.
• Develop, update and maintain policies and desk manuals.
• Assist with risk assessments, monitoring, audits and investigations.
• Support training and corrective action processes.
