Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Compliance Analyst I-III to strengthen our program across multiple offices. You will design, implement, monitor, and refine compliance activities to prevent violations and ensure regulatory alignment.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, training, auditing, and corrective actions within a collaborative team. The position requires strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, plus experience with legal research and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in compliance-related activities for Analyst I; health care/Medicare-regulated environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in compliance-related activities for Analyst II; health care/Medicare-regulated environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in compliance-related activities for Analyst III; ACA-regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the Cambia compliance program components.
• Prepare and maintain policies and desk manuals.
• Collaborate with staff in supporting or leading roles.
• Participate in the annual risk assessment process.
• Ensure materials are written in an understandable and concise style.
