Responsibilities

• Verifies coverage and establishes reserves by reviewing policy language and coordinating with counsel.
• Leads investigations to determine liability and damages and directs litigation when needed.
• Negotiates settlements and manages complex litigation with counsel and stakeholders.
• Mentors less experienced claim professionals.
