The position supports a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in CNA office locations, and opportunities to mentor colleagues while guiding complex claim strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically six years of relevant claim handling experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire, where applicable.
• Prior negotiation experience; CPCU preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of highly complex commercial claims with large exposures.
• Verify policy coverage and conduct investigations to resolve claims.
• Lead investigations to determine liability and damages; gather contracts, statements and expert input as needed.
• Negotiate complex settlements and coordinate with counsel on litigation.
• Mentor and develop less experienced claims professionals.
• Provide loss summaries and risk updates to senior leadership.
