Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Compensation Manager to oversee executive compensation programs and enterprise-wide pay initiatives. You will design, analyze, and govern compensation plans, partnering with HRBPs and senior leaders to ensure market competitiveness and governance compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with LTIP, STIP, and annual cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required; CCP preferred.
• 6+ years in compensation or total rewards.
• Experience with executive compensation, STIP, and LTIP.
• Ability to influence leaders and manage cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and analyze executive compensation programs including base salary, annual incentive, and LTIP.
• Prepare analyses and materials for Compensation Committee meetings with senior team.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and external consultants on governance and compliance.
• Support annual proxy statement preparation and executive disclosures.
• Lead market benchmarking and equity grant administration processes.
• Ensure data integrity across systems (Workday and planning tools).
• Drive special projects and enterprise-wide compensation initiatives.
