Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Compensation Coordinator to support daily compensation operations in NYC, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office). You will ensure data accuracy, manage HRIS transactions, and assist with annual merit, promotions, and benchmarking processes across HR, Finance, and Payroll.

A Bachelor's in HR/Business/Finance is preferred, with 0-2 years' experience and strong analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

0-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail with handling confidential data.
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day administration of compensation programs within established timelines.
Manage compensation data in HRIS and related systems.
Assist annual compensation cycles including merit increases and promotions.
Prepare compensation reports for HR, Finance, Payroll and stakeholders.
Perform regular data audits to identify errors and ensure integrity.
Support market benchmarking and compensation analysis activities.
Maintain compensation documentation and SOPs.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners on compensation processes.
