Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) is seeking a Compensation Specialist to design, analyze, and administer our compensation programs.

You will benchmark against market data, support new-hire offers, salary adjustments, and annual reviews, and partner with HR, Recruiting, and Finance to deliver data-informed recommendations. You will serve as an onsite HR contact in Bedford, MA, contributing to equity and incentive programs and ensuring SOX-compliant processes, with a hybrid onsite schedule as

• 5+ years of compensation or total rewards experience, including market pricing and salary surveys.
• Hands-on experience with compensation surveys, job matching, and market pricing.
• Strong spreadsheet, quantitative analysis, and compensation reporting skills.
• Experience supporting offer reviews, salary adjustments, and annual compensation cycles.
• Experience in a publicly traded or SOX-controlled environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Compensation analysis and market benchmarking using survey sources.
• Maintain survey submissions, compensation data, and reference materials.
• Prepare and present compensation reports and recommendations to HR leadership.
• Support annual merit, salary review, and bonus planning cycles; assist with equity programs.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Finance to validate changes and provide onsite HR support.
