Epiq is seeking a Compensation Analyst to evaluate jobs, document responsibilities, and analyze market data to keep pay programs competitive. The role supports annual salary administration, performance management, and salary adjustments while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You will work with HR partners and management to educate stakeholders on compensation policies and provide data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Workday and compensation management software.
• Solid understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Participate in annual salary surveys and analyze results for compensation decisions.
• Assist in design and implementation of base pay, incentive, and bonus plans.
• Perform job evaluations and update job descriptions to reflect responsibilities and requirements.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support annual compensation review process and equity adjustments.
• Prepare compensation reports and presentations for stakeholders.
