Job summary

Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) in Bedford, MA, is seeking a Compensation Specialist to design, analyze, and administer our compensation programs.

You will lead market benchmarking, new-hire offers, salary adjustments, and annual reviews, partnering with HR leadership, recruiting, and Finance to deliver data-informed recommendations and act as the onsite HR contact. The role requires hands-on experience with compensation surveys, market pricing, and reporting, plus the ability to ensure internal

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with compensation surveys, job matching, and market pricing.
Experience with Aon Radford surveys preferred.
Strong spreadsheet, quantitative analysis, and compensation reporting skills.
Experience supporting offer reviews, salary adjustments, and annual compensation cycles.
Experience in a publicly traded or SOX-controlled environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Compensation analysis and market benchmarking.
Maintain survey submissions, compensation data, and market reference materials.
Analyze internal equity, pay positioning, and salary compression to inform recommendations.
Partner with HR leadership on new-hire compensation packages, promotions, transfers, and off-cycle adjustments.
Develop clear compensation reports and recommendations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Maintain audit-ready compensation records, policies, and workflows.
