The position is hybrid (On Campus 3–4 days/week), 35 hours per week, with a salary range of $90,000–$95,000 annually. Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience required, Workday and MarketPay experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of relevant compensation analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with market pricing, salary surveys, and benchmarking data.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and analytical support for compensation actions across the university.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking studies; lead salary survey submissions with MarketPay.
• Prepare reports on compensation trends and data audits using HRIS data.
• Support annual compensation programs and salary planning processes.
• Act as Compensation SME for career architecture projects and policy updates.
• Collaborate with HR and management for position descriptions and pay structures.
