You will serve as a compensation resource for HR partners and managers, providing data and insights to support fair and informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Benefits, Business, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of compensation experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with compensation surveys and market benchmarking data.
• Understanding of job evaluation methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of FLSA requirements and wage/hour laws.
• Ability to build effective internal and external partnerships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using salary surveys and benchmarking tools.
• Maintain accurate and current market data for positions across the organization.
• Analyze compensation and market trends and provide recommendations to help maintain competitiveness.
• Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, ranges, and job classifications.
• Assist with annual merit, promotion, and salary review processes, including data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to assess pay equity concerns and provide recommendations as appropriate.
• Review compensation for new hires, promotions, and market adjustments and provide recommendations in accordance with compensation policies and guidelines.
