Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of community engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, residents, nonprofit partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and outreach activities.
• Assist with administration of community programs, special initiatives, and grant-funded projects.
• Support communications, marketing, and website updates related to community engagement initiatives.
• Collect and organize program data and participant feedback; assist in preparing reports and dashboards.
• Maintain outreach data and documentation; track timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
