The Community Engagement Program Associate supports the Community Engagement team in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that strengthen relationships with residents, nonprofit organizations, donors, community leaders, and strategic partners. This position plays a key role in fostering inclusive community engagement, coordinating events and initiatives, managing communications, and supporting grantmaking and program activities that advance the foundation's mission.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring 37.5 hours per week. Work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with some flexibility. Tuesdays through Thursdays are designated in-office days. Staff that choose to work a hybrid work schedule may choose to do so on Mondays and/or Fridays, dependent on management approval. Occasionally, early, late or weekend hours are required for duties onsite and offsite.
Salary range is $50,000.00 - $55,000.
