Job summary

CNY Community Foundation is seeking a Program Associate to support the Community Engagement team in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that strengthen relationships with residents, nonprofits, donors, and partners. The role focuses on inclusive engagement, coordinating events, managing communications, and supporting grantmaking and program activities aligned with the foundation's mission.

The position requires 37.5 hours per week, with in-office days Tue–Thu and potential hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience supporting community engagement programs and grants

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement community engagement initiatives
• Build relationships with community organizations, residents, and partners
• Coordinate events such as Community Insights Forum and Nonprofit Speed Networking
• Assist with program administration, initiatives, and grants
• Support communications, marketing, and website updates for engagement
• Collect program data, prepare reports and dashboards
