Associa, a leader in community associations, is seeking a CMA Portfolio Community Association Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will work with the Board of Directors to guide HOAs and condominiums, serving as liaison among homeowners, committees, and vendors. Hybrid work is possible after a 90-day evaluation.

Responsibilities include budgeting, board reporting, and contractor oversight, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication. Minimum CAM or GA Real Estate license and driving record required.

Qualifications

• Must maintain an active CAM license or GA Real Estate license.
• Background check required.
• Experience in property management preferred (3+ years).

Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients and CMA employees.
• Create and manage budgets and monitor expenses.
• Prepare board packets, reports, and communications for meetings.
• Coordinate with board, homeowners, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure contract compliance and supervise contractors.
