Job summary

CMA Communities in Georgia is seeking a CMA Portfolio Community Association Manager to guide HOAs and condo associations in alignment with board directives. You will act as liaison between boards, homeowners, committees, and vendors, upholding covenants and standards.

Hybrid work after a 90-day evaluation; requires CAM or GA Real Estate license, background check, and clean driving record. 3 years property management experience preferred; compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in property management (HOA/Condo).
• Active CAM License or GA Real Estate License required.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
• Create and monitor draft budgets.
• Monitor budgets and expenses for clients.
• Prepare letters, newsletters, and board packets.
• Respond to maintenance requests and inspections.
• Liaise between CMA, HOA boards, and service contractors.
• Maintain CMA office hours and report to Division Manager.
