Associa is hiring a Community Association Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will act as a liaison between Heritage Property Management Services and the Association’s Board of Directors, coordinating operations and ensuring professional, proactive service.

The ideal candidate should be organized, flexible, with strong communication skills, and comfortable with vendor management, budgeting, and use of Heritage software systems. A GA CAM license is required.

Qualifications

• Board mentoring and administrative support for community associations.
• Financial reporting and cash management for assessments and services.
• Data management with Vantaca and Heritage software systems.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and advise Board members on policies and practices.
• Monitor and report on financials; manage association cash flow.
• Coordinate Heritage support services to meet operating needs.
