Qualifications

• Experience in community management or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned communities.
• Ability to attend evening Board meetings as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor and liaison to Boards of Directors.
• Facilitate Board meetings and annual meetings.
• Prepare agendas, management reports, and meeting materials.
• Partner with Board members to establish community goals, priorities, and action plans.
• Support committee initiatives and community projects.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of assigned communities.
• Coordinate corrective actions and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate community records and documentation.
