Job summary

Associate Staffing LLC is seeking a Commission Support Specialist for a Greater Phoenix, AZ hybrid role. You will handle inbound calls from clients and support staff, researching issues and resolving complex commission questions during the busy tax season.

The position is a 6-month contract starting ASAP. The ideal candidate has phone-based customer service experience and a background in financial services, brokerage or banking, with strong problem-solving skills and calm communication under

Qualifications

Phone-based customer service experience.
Financial services experience in investments, brokerage or banking.
Strong probing and problem-solving skills.
Patience and a calm approach with frustrated callers.
Comfort asking questions and thinking creatively when the answer isn’t obvious.
Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Handle a steady volume of inbound calls from clients and their support staff.
Ask the right questions to uncover the real issue, then research and resolve it.
Own complex cases through to resolution, including follow-up with partner firms.
Explain commission structures and reporting tools to clients and internal teams.
Reach out proactively on time-sensitive items.
Support teammates with training, backup coverage and process improvements.
